Stage Two

A specific prescription, not a generic checklist.

Once the diagnosis is clear, you get a written recommendation built for your situation — what to do, in what order, and why.

Turning a diagnosis into a decision

A diagnosis is only useful if it leads somewhere. The prescriptive stage is where we translate what we've found into a specific, sequenced set of actions — not a generic list of best practices, but a recommendation built around your accounts, your timeline and your residency situation.

Every prescription is written down. You'll know exactly what we're recommending, what trade-offs it involves, and why we ruled out the alternatives.

What the prescription includes

  • Written recommendation — a clear document setting out the specific actions to take and the order to take them in.
  • Trade-offs made explicit — where a decision involves a genuine trade-off, we say so rather than glossing over it.
  • Sequencing — some actions only make sense before or after others — we map the order, not just the list.
  • A defined scope — you know exactly what's covered by the recommendation and what would require further work.

When you need this

  • You've already had a diagnosis session and are ready for a concrete plan of action.
  • You want a second opinion on a recommendation someone else has given you.
  • You're comparing two or three options and need a clear-eyed view of which fits your situation.

The Other Stages

How this fits into the full process.

03

Remedial Care

A recommendation on paper doesn't fix anything by itself. Remedial care is where we help you actually implement it.

Preventative Checkups

Nothing urgent to fix? A periodic review catches the small issues before they become expensive ones — the same logic as an annual health check-up.
