Stage One

A proper diagnosis, before any advice.

Most financial mistakes trace back to a problem that was never correctly identified in the first place. We start every engagement here.

Understanding what's actually going on

Before we recommend anything, we examine your full cross-border picture: income sources, accounts held in India and abroad, existing investments, insurance, prior advice you've received, and any specific concern that brought you to us.

This isn't a form to fill in. It's a structured conversation and document review designed to surface what's actually driving your situation — which is often different from what it first looks like.

What the diagnosis covers

  • Cross-border account review — NRE, NRO, foreign bank and investment accounts, viewed as one picture rather than in isolation.
  • Prior advice audit — checking whether guidance you've already received from banks or agents actually fits your situation.
  • Compliance check — a look at FEMA, RBI reporting and residential-status questions that often go unnoticed until they become expensive.
  • Root-cause identification — distinguishing the real issue from its symptoms, so the next stage solves the right problem.

When you need this

  • You have accounts, policies or investments in more than one country and no one has ever looked at them together.
  • You've received conflicting advice from your bank abroad and your CA or agent in India.
  • Something feels off — a filing, a deduction, a policy — but you can't pin down exactly what.

Remedial Care

A recommendation on paper doesn't fix anything by itself. Remedial care is where we help you actually implement it.

Preventative Checkups

Nothing urgent to fix? A periodic review catches the small issues before they become expensive ones — the same logic as an annual health check-up.
